Orientation Programme

Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar Govt. (PG) College, Jagdishpura had organized an orientation programme for the newly admitted students with faculty members and the principle of the institute Prof. Sunita Arora at the (Seminar hall) institute premises on 13th September 2022. The major aim of the programme was to make the students aware of the academic aspects of the courses, the rules and regulations of the institute and to create awarwness about the professional etiquettes. The programme was started at 12 PM and more than 250 students were gathered at the event. The coordinator Mr. Amit Pahwa who welcomed the students and gave them an introduction regarding the academic disciplines. Then the different committees incharges told about the various schemes and benefits through which students can take benefits. Also, they were informed about the various co-curricular and extra activities such as talent search competition, youth festival and different competitions to helps the student for their overall development. This programme was successfully conducted and it attempted to fill the gap between students and faculties. Principal Prof. Sunia Arora and Vice-principal Dr. Rozy Gupta both had also interactive discussions with students.
